With Intertech's experience, we use advanced CNC machine and lathe high speed machining to design and to make quality and precision plastic injection molds.
Normally, a general mold making factory focus only on plastic injection mold, but Intertech also gets deeply involved in the silicone compression mold and metal punch die. Therefore, no matter you have plastic parts, silicone rubber parts or metal parts project, with our professional industrial tooling and production knowledge with plastics, silicones and metals, Intertech can all manage for its tooling and production job for you here in Taiwan our factory.

Mold Specification :
Cavity & core steel : up to the product and its application, we help customer to choose the suitable steel grade. Common used steel : Assab (Starvax 420), Buderus (1.2311, 1.2344, 1.2738), Hitach (NA80, SKD61), H13 (harden steel, 48~52HRC), P20 (pre-harden steel, 28~32HRC).
Mold base steel : up to the product and its application, we help customer to choose the suitable steel grade. Common used steel :S50C
Number of cavity: up to customer’s need and budget
Mold accessories: compatible to DME and Hasco standard.
All electrodes can be sent with the mold upon requested.

1. Besides molds, do you generate products as well?
Yes, we can make your projects here in our factory, Taiwan for you. But we only make it from making a new mold...then, from above new mold, making parts out of it. We make the production job for our customers in Taiwan. In other words, we do not have any existing mold. In short, we produced customized molds and products but we also provide our customers reverse engineering service.

First, we need our customers provide their technical data like 2D, 3D drawings or samples. After receiving your project, our experienced and professional team will start to study and evaluate it. During this time, our team will keep discussing with the designers to make sure that every details are clear. Finally, we will give our customers quotation reports.
